Our Philosophy and Mission

St. Michael Little Angels Preschool is a Catholic-based program dedicated to:

Experiencing a strong and vibrant faith through a growing relationship with an increased knowledge of God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit

Enhancing the spiritual, physical, intellectual and emotional development of children three to five years of age.

Building each child’s self esteem and independence, cultivating socialization skills and deepening respect for themselves and others

Designing a curriculum, balancing both creativity and structure, that encourages children to reason and question, expand their communicative abilities and strengthen fine and gross motor skills

Creating a joyful, secure environment, where children are loved and nurtured and where parents and teaching staff work together in a Christian community of faith

Our Commitment

Treat all children as distinctive individuals

Guide and encourage children to progress at their own rates

Introduce activities that build cooperation in both large and small group settings

Provide educational materials specific to each age group

Keep parents informed about their child’s welfare, activities and accomplishments

Maintain an environment enabling the children to flourish in the areas of art, music, dramatic play, large and fine motor skills, cognitive skills, language and sensory skills, and treating others respectfully
